The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a swimming pool, air-conditioned rooms, and a balcony. The breakfast choice was good and the staff were professional. The hotel had good security and there were convenient amenities nearby.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and super clean bathrooms. Hotel facilities were well maintained, including a beautiful pool on the terrace with fine views. The location near the center of the city made it convenient to explore and visit local shops. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Imperial Plaza! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a fridge stocked with refreshing cold water and treats. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and the food was delicious. The receptionist was helpful and made our stay even better. The breakfast options catered to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, with plenty of choices. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
